Mini AB

The Mini AB is the smallest of the animal incinerator series. Able to dispose of 50kg (110 lbs) an hour, all the while boasting incredible fuel efficiency only using 5-6 litres of fuel to dispose of up to 75 chickens at a time within the 250 kg (550 lbs) capacity chamber.

Ideal for any small-scale agricultural applications such as poultry, kennel, farm, butcher shop and any other form of food processing plants.

Proven to boost your biosecurity the Mini AB is also able capable of complete elimination of potential outbreaks of Avian Influenza or Newcastle Disease. Control not only your dead’s, but your chance of spreading disease amongst the flock.

Mini 350 kg

The big brother of the Mini AB, available for sheep and poultry. Still a Mini but still a hundred times bigger than that of its predecessor the Mini AB. That means a 350 kg (772 lbs) capacity top load chamber capable of fitting up to 95 chickens.

The Mini animal incinerators are the most fuel efficient of their kind. Burning up to 50 kg an hour this machine uses only 5-6 litres per every 50 kg. This is due to Addfields triple layered refractory which is designed to keep the heat within the primary chamber.

Mini Plus

The Mini Plus is the largest of the Mini trio with al the same great technology and fuel savings. The big difference is it can handle 500 kg of waste, giving it the ability of handling not just poultry, but lamb, sheep, and pigs as well. The TB is the next level of the large size class of animal incinerators. Used by some of the largest pig barns, sheep farms and cattle farms in the world. With the intense durability of 10 mm of exterior steel and a triple-layered refractory of 180 mm this machine not only holds in its heat for proficient fuel savings, but it also has the durability of a tank and is built with a front ram guard to protect the incinerator from damage caused by loading used by large equipment such as telehandlers or front-end loaders.

Prepare to load the chamber as it measures up to 8’ x 3’ ½” x 3’ and has a top load capacity of 1300 kg (2,866 lbs). That’s right there is enough room to fit 16 ewes, or 1 cow.

Prepare to load the chamber as it measures up to 8’ x 5’ ¼” x 3’ and has a top load capacity of 2000 kg (4400 lbs). That’s right there is enough room to fit 16 ewes, or 1 cow.

SB(750KG)

The SB is the smallest of the large size class of animal incinerators. Used by some of the largest pig barns and sheep farms in the world. With the intense durability of 10 mm of exterior steel and a triple-layered refractory of 180 mm this machine not only holds in its heat for proficient fuel savings, but it also has the durability of a tank.

Prepare to load the chamber as it measures up to 1.54m3 and has a top load capacity of 750 kg (1,653 lbs). That’s right there is enough room to fit 255 average-sized chickens, or 9 ewes.

A50L Bulk Animal Cremator

The A50L incinerator big bad wolf of all the animal incinerators, higher capacity, agricultural waste
disposal solution manufactured by Addfield. Designed to burn fallen stock and waste in a biosecure and environmentally safe manner.
With a cylindrical design, the combustion chamber is made to unload and reload for mass waste
disposal. Once the incineration process is complete the ash residue can be removed before you start
your next load.
The A50L was designed with large poultry farms in mind. With the ability to burn up to 100kg/hr and is
equipped with a primary and secondary chamber with a two-second residue time.
The A50L can also be equipped with a bin tipper and ram charge loader to increase productivity and
ergonomics. After all work smarter not harder, especially when manual loads can exhaust and trivial.
With a triple-layered brick refractory, heavy gauge steelwork and a front load door, the A50L is heavy
duty, but also maintains fuel efficiency cutting your operating costs down up to 40% more than that of
the competitors.
The A50L can either be equipped with a simple stop start button or be equipped with a touch screen HMI controller to give the user full manual configuration and data logging so you can monitor the machines performance.
